We are excited to announce that Rolec Mechanical and Electrical have secured the package to provide Hill Partnerships with the M&E installations to 121 apartments and Cinema complex at The Scene, Walthamstow.
This prestige development will incorporate district heating fed from an newly created energy centre incorporating gas fired boilers, and combined heat and pump systems.
All works from the Energy centre to the finished apartments will be carried out in house the the Rolec Group including all design works and CAD creations.
